BASED on a true story
Fluidity Films is the independent British film production company behind RC Sherriff's seminal WW1 film Journey's End, released by Lionsgate. We are currently in co-production with A-Z Films on an adaptation of Stephen Fry's satire The Liar, starring Asa Butterfield and Jeff Goldblum.
The company also produced and financed Michael Morpurgo’s Private Peaceful and Filter Theatre’s What You Will. Fluidity recently co-produced Deya Productions' The Laureate - a biopic of WW1 poet and author Robert Graves starring Diana Agron, Laura Haddock and Tom Hughes.
Fluidity is developing a number of literary adaptations including Johnny Williamson's astonishing 21st Century re-imagining of Bram Stoker's Dracula for the social media age and will co-produce Joe Stephenson's gender-bending Jekyll & Hyde.
Other projects include a true WW2 POW escape drama Dangerous Days, Bluestreak, a naval action adventure story by ex Navy 'fast roper' Mike Klidjian and Barrel Boys - a comedy about four farmers who rob a bank.
A brilliant new project on our slate is Burned - the fascinating and never-before-told true story of Sue Dobson a very young white woman who spied for the ANC against the apartheid regime in the 1980s.
